Biography
Alina Chiara Foley was born on April 16, 2003 to actor/comedian Dave Foley and actress/singer Crissy Guerrero.
Growing up in Hollywood with a comedian father provided Alina with the opportunity to attend premieres and other events. According to her father, Alina has always been a performer. As a toddler, she would jump up on any raised surface and put on a show. In 2007, Alina entered showbiz after being casted in a web series called "In the Motherhood." In November of that same
year, Alina went on to a recurring role on the NBC show "Days of our Lives." She portrayed Claire Brady from January 3rd 2008 until
March 24th 2008 when Claire and her parents left to go sailing around the world.
Since leaving Days, Alina has shot three pilots for various networks. In 2008, she filmed a FOX pilot titled "Outnumbered." In 2009, a CBS pilot titled "The Big D," and in 2011 an NBC pilot titled "My Life As an Experiment" which was to co-star Paget Brewster. She has also appeared in a few school plays with her most recent performance playing Violet in Willy Wonka Jr.
Alina's big break came in October 2008 when she was casted for a lead role in the Jackie Chan film "The Spy Next Door." The movie was released to theaters in early 2010 to decent box office numbers.
Alina currently portrays Ellie on the FX show "The League." The show is set to return for a fourth season consisting of 13 episodes in the Fall of 2012.
Currently, Alina is filming a new feature film titled "It's Not You, It's Me." It is set to be released sometime in 2013.
Alina is a self-proclaimed "animal lover" and vegetarian. She loves spending time with her dog Bitsy as well as a pack of domesticated wolves from the Shadowland Foundation.
